This is where we go deep. Deeper than we ever can during live trading on Zoom, because the market is closed and you have my full attention. Bring your charts, the trade you did not take, the trade you wish you had not taken, the Academy lesson you cannot make work, the question you carried all week. I am live at 8:30 whether one trader shows or all of you. The first hour is yours. If the questions run long, we keep going until 10:30. Fifth Saturdays are off Saturdays.

From time to time I will open an afternoon session for mentorship traders only, when price is sitting a few points off a preferred Battle Plan level or the tape is too clean to watch from the sidelines. One to four times a month, based on my availability and the quality of the price action. No fixed schedule. You get an instant alert, by text message or Discord, whichever you choose.
3. Your Private One-on-One Zoom Session

One private Zoom each month, most likely on a weekend, at a time we schedule together so it works for both of us. It is your call and your agenda. Come with your questions, your chart, your journal, the trade you would never post in front of the group, whatever you want to discuss. Or ask for a live trading session, and you hear what I am thinking while I am thinking it.
Private means the door is closed. Office Hours and the Live Trading Lab are open to mentorship traders and nobody else. Your monthly session is for you and you alone, nobody else will be there. A mentor is someone who makes time for you. Saturday morning, the market is closed, and that time is yours.
Here is something I learned running a trading group for years. Almost nobody asks the real question in front of the entire Micros Trader group. The trade that embarrassed you, the rule you keep breaking, the thing you are not sure you understand… those questions die with your silence. That question never gets answered. With mentorship, every question gets answered, even the one you are too embarrassed to discuss. Everything said in a mentorship session is private. It never leaves the walls of the Zoom.
Six things. Every one of them is about YOUR trading.
1. Answers
The whole answer, with the market closed.
You watched the lesson. You traded the level. Something did not work the way you expected, and you are not sure what. Put it in front of me Saturday, with your chart on the screen, and we work it until you understand it. And when another mentorship trader puts his chart up, you learn that lesson too. Every question asked on Saturday gets answered for everyone in the room. A question answered in full never becomes a habit.
2. Personalization
Full Membership teaches my system.
Mentorship works on YOUR application of it.
Your charts. Your entries. Your management. Your tendencies. Your mistakes. Your questions. The subject, the whole time, is how the system shows up in your hands.
3. Blind Spot Detection
You do not know what you do not know.
A golfer cannot see his own swing. A trader staring at his own chart every day goes blind to the mistake sitting right in front of him. An experienced trader reviewing your actual decisions sees the pattern you have not recognized, and says it out loud.
4. Access
You are buying my attention, on a calendar. Two kinds.

5. Accountability Without Babysitting
This is not high school.
I will not be chasing you. I will not be hunting you down. I will not be asking for your homework. We have a standing appointment. You know when I am available. Come prepared. I am only looking for the traders who are looking for me.
And knowing you are going to sit down with me and go through your decisions changes how you make them. Knowing I will be reading your trade journal before we talk will make you more disciplined, because you will be writing it for two. The trade you do not want to show me is the one we most need to discuss.

You share your journal entries with me through Trade Buddy, submitted 24 hours before your private session, so I walk in prepared. They get summarized for me on one page: your discipline grades, the trader error you keep logging, the days you broke your own rules. I read the summary. Then we talk about it. No other mentor can do this, because no other mentor built the journal you write in.
